We were just informed that James Marvel has passed away . James lost his battle with pancreatic cancer.
James was a member of the Warners Brothers solid gold band Mercy that had a #2 Billboard hit with "Love Can Make You Happy" and one half of the anti-drug duo Country Cavaleers, who many consider the first Outlaw Country act.
James was a good friend of Keith Bradford and NBRN radio. We very much appreciated him taking the time to talk with us shortly before his passing.
